Raspberry and chocolate chip Greek yoghurt popsicles

My second foray into the world of frozen desserts: making Greek yoghurt popsicles.

Chocolate and raspberries have always been a good combination… So, when I saw one of the local dairy brands selling products combining raspberry-flavored Greek yoghurt with toppings of chocolate chips and freeze-dried raspberries on the side, I thought this could also work in frozen form 😋

I turned to Pinterest in search of a recipe that appealed to me, and sure enough I found one courtesy of Creme de la Crumb. The recipe is actually for blueberry Greek yoghurt popsicles, but I don’t see why I couldn’t modify it a bit… 😁 The result is a yoghurt popsicle that’s not too yoghurty—it’s creamy, with just enough tang and sweetness, and if you really like the combination of chocolate and raspberries, then you just might call this one «raspberry dream popsicle»* 😉

* The Greek yoghurt product I was talking about above, the one with the side toppings of chocolate chips and freeze-dried raspberries, is actually called bringebærdrøm, which means «raspberry dream» in Norwegian.

My daughter and I both love Nutella, so when I came across this recipe for Nutella fudgesicles (fudge popsicles) at Pinterest I knew I just had to try my hands at it 😋
